All in all this was a pretty good experience. There were a few glitches tho. We had ordered several personalized T-shirts and a few glassware sets. The problem with the T-shirts was that they run much smaller than we expected them to. The small ladies fitted T_shirt was of a size that only a 10 year old kid could possibly wear. The Medium ladies fitted shirt was much the same. There was also a large men's shirt that was too small. I was really annoyed about this and called customer support immediately. I was on hold for about 25 minutes before I was answered. Needless to say I was pretty hot at this point, but the lady that answered was perfect. She quickly fixed the problem. She had 3 larger shirts sent out and said "just keep the other one's or take them to goodwill or whatever". About 5 days later I got the replacements and they were exactly correct. The other issue that I had but realized that there was no way to fix was that the glassware set with the growler had less than great "etching" on it. As you can see by the picture it is not easy to read due to the lack of contrast. the "etching" looks to actually be stickers or some such thing and they need to be much brighter....or actually etch the glass. Read moreSo I ordered a blue long sleeve T-shirt with my name and it arrived within seven days, which is pretty fast. But on the left front of the shirt was a mottled off-whitish patch which was sort of faint but like a stain -- I decided to wash it. Nope, would not come off. So I took two pictures of the shirt and sent them in an e-mail asking what InkPixi thought about the shirt. No answer now for two weeks. However, they just sent a request for me to do a Google review "so that they can improve". OK, so my suggestion is to have better quality control of shirts going out to customers and responding to their questions regarding the product in a more timely manner. UPDATE: So after this review was posted, I received a call from customer service. They said that they cannot open e-mails with photos attached (which I had sent) because of virus fears. Of course, they did not tell me that until after the Google review and she apologized since I was in the dark. She said they would replace the shirt which is fair and generous. Read moreFor many years I have been buying lots of custom hats from InkPixi. I really liked the hat quality, the fit, and the shape. They were my only hat company. Over the last few purchases things have really changed. The hats didn’t feel nearly the same. They didn’t hold shape and they collapsed on my head. They looked ridiculous compared to the old. I took some older ones out to check the difference and it was like night and day. These new ones are micro thin garbage that can’t even stand up on their own. On a scale you can see a huge weight difference. They look awful and feel so cheap. InkPixi has sold out to cheap vendors now and honestly, I wouldn’t give these away free. I am really disappointed that my very favorite company has sold out their integrity. Now the search for someone that still makes a nice product. All these years as a good customer and we get shafted. Maybe they sold out to some big corp, who knows but they definitely aren’t the same now. I gave two starts because the order came correct even though the product was awful now.
