Tractor Supply ( GROVELAND, FL. ) is awesome! All store Mngrs and Associates WORK INCREDIBLY HARD to help you have what you need. With the “Covid” situation… what they do not have on hand or receive during shipment is NOT the stores fault! Blame ONLY, Tractor Supply Corporate for poor logistics, misleading, too few supplies and inaccurate order fulfillments. The individual stores cannot be faulted for what they do and do not receive. Corporate Tractor Supply had/has been told countless times by many of us local shoppers that the Groveland store was far too busy for what little they were and still are shipped. The store EASILY has DOUBLED in customer base! Tractor Supply Corporate has been well informed of this, MANY YEARS PRIOR TO COVID. Why Corporate has refused to ship MUCH MORE of “everything” to the store is/has been a very poor choice on Corporate part. ALL the employees of this Groveland, Fl store ARE OUTSTANDING all the way around! I’ve had to drive to other Tractor Supply stores to get what I needed and still, the Groveland, Fl store is the best! I’ve been using this store since opening years ago. Under the new store Mngr “DAVE,” this store is outstanding on customer service, helping you in general, looking things up, and deliveries. During the worst part of Covid my deliveries were there. Ppl need to remember, ANY-ALL stores WERE SHORTHANDED and possibly running behind some what or weeks out. I was grateful for my Deliveries and the help that the Driver “JOEL” gives to us, no matter what time he arrives! We ARE grateful! We tried very hard to “stay ahead” so IF my load was late, it wouldn’t impact my day or interruption of feeding my livestock. Tractor Supply Groveland Florida IS...

I am giving 1 star, because leaving a 0 star was not an option! I ordered a 4-wheeler for my son's birthday. I had the 4 wheeler picked up, at my cost, and delivered to my home. After charging it for several hours, it was determined that the 4-wheeler was defective (as determined by Coleman's Mechanics). When I called the store to inform them of this, their response was to deliver it back to the store and to load up another one, at my expense, back to my house. So, let me get this straight, I should incur the cost of having the broken 4-wheeler delivered back to THEM and then pick up a new one at MY expense? How about coming to pick it up and actually drop off a working 4-wheeler? They have refused to pick up the broken 4-wheeler!! The "managers", Logan and Robin were not only rude but completely unhelpful and defensive. I will never use this company or store again! Buy elsewhere!!!

UPDATE: To reply to your response, of course I need further assistance because this is not resolved. I spent more than an hour on the phone with customer solutions, and still there is no "solution." I was "disconnected," and never received a return call. Please reach out to me at the number you have on file and get this resolved. I look forward to...

I think it’s incredibly deceptive that this store charges so much money for same day delivery..then calls to state that they have no driver and it will deliver the next day. That is DECEPTIVE. Also, purchasing items, they show in stock, but when your delivery finally shows up, items are missing. Sooo, go to the store and are told “Oh, we don’t have any, it should be coming from a different store…it’s in process”. So I say, please refund my money so I can buy the item elsewhere. Sorry, we can’t do that. Whaaatttt????? That too is very DECEPTIVE. Your site said it was in stock, same day delivery if made before 2, and neither happened. And female manager/supervisor has the nerve to be rude and nasty? Another employee informed me that they also have employees that have made friends with customers, and as soon as they get even the smallest shipments of a single pallet or two of items, they call them immediately so that they can purchase ALL of the item. THAT is incredibly unfair to the other customers! I have spent thousand lbs and thousands of dollars at Tractor supply, but I can assure you that I will NEVER spend another cent at your stores. You need to practice integrity, honesty and fair selling Tractor Supply! Shame on you...
