I struggled with my rating on this review because I have mixed emotions. I really trusted I would get a good vehicle based on the good reviews others left, but I guess I got the one lemon unfortunately. The truck still runs, but the check engine light came on before I even got home. I guess it’s really my fault to a degree because I did not have a mechanic inspect it first. Like I said, I trusted the reviews and went with my feelings. I reported the code to them literally as soon as I got home hoping (although I know there was no warranty) they would address it in good faith. But looks like I’ll have to pay for it. Overall here’s the good and bad:
Bad: -check engine light within one hour of driving it home heater hoses were cut and spliced (not saying they did it, but I have no heat) Vehicle history wasn’t clean as stated per Carfax (found out after my credit union pulled a report) After first rain, windshield started leaking (How was I to know before hand? Didn’t bother reporting as I’m sure I’ll have to pay for it anyway)
The Good: As mostly everyone states, the staff is friendly Truck wouldn’t start when I first went to look at it, so they negotiated price after working on it Good communication when contacted
I only like giving great reviews if I can, but unfortunately, it’s only fair that I give a review based on my real experience. It’s only fair to...
Read moreI can not say enough good things about this establishment. We contacted Anthony on a Sunday morning and explained the air suspension error codes that were showing up on our brand new truck that we had lifted at another shop in Orlando. The shop in Orlando tried twice and the dealership also tried twice and could not figure out the problem. Anthony spent his entire Sunday afternoon working on those error codes. He refused to give up until he figured it out. We will definately be returning here to have our Jeep lifted and now we’ve found this place, there will never be a need to go into orlando to have any work done on any of...
Read moreI took them my truck to sell and when I wanted it back they claimed to have lost the keys. I bought a car from them several years ago, they told me it had a bumper guard but took it off before I drove off the lot. Then I told them I got paid on the 15th and 30th and needed to make payment 2 times a month, they put in every two weeks. Once I was behind they waited until I went to Tampa for a second job, came and got the car and left me stranded. No phone call of hey you know your behind? I could have cleared it up and paid. The car ran. For about 4 months before I had to start with repairs because of rust...
