Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Groveland

I ordered a large Hawaiian pizza online through the app, got excited to see they had pork as an option for the protein, so I customized it, going with the pork. When I got there to pick it up, I realized when checking the pizza, it was a pork style sausage and not the pulled pork I thought I was getting. This was my ordering fault for not reading the description better and they had actually made it correctly and it was hot and looked good otherwise. The very kind employee understood my mistake, and she immediately offered to remake it with a different protein of my choice. This was so kind, generous and patient of her and something I truly appreciated and she offered without skipping a beat and that's because her care and concern was completely genuine. When I placed my order it was for curbside pick up. When I arrived I followed the instructions on the sign. Called the number. Found myself listening to an employment advertisement for Pizza Hut on an endless loop. Sat in my car waiting for someone bring my order or to me. Nothing. I finally notice someone inside turn a monitor on, above the counter. After came on I noticed it showed Take Out Orders, the people and the order ststus. I saw my name among others whose orders were ready. I went inside and asked why no one answered the phone and was told they had no one working that area. Like it was perfectly normal. Despite my my previous history with this company I can say that I am greatly disappointed with what has become of this once decent chain (They have never really been great but at least worthy of 4 stars). Not only has the quality of service gone down (missing half the order, luke-warm at best, poor food quality, and I hope you know Spanish for your driver (granted mine was polite)) but they have severely downgraded their delivery service by switching to door dash. If you order please just go in double check your order and be sure to understand that you will be let down like any game of thrones enjoyer during the finale.
