Lamentablemente servicio al cliente en esta tienda es terrible, tétrico y pésimo. Quería comprar una mercancía y no me cabía en el carrito y le pedí a una de las cajeras si lo podía dejar en su área en lo que terminaba mis otras compras y me dijo que no se podía. Le comenté que en el Burlington de Caguas me habían permitido hacerlo y su contestación fue que este era Guayama y no Caguas. La falta de c conocimientos respecto a servicio al cliente es evidente y la falta de respeto a sus clientes. Espero que puedan evolucionar y mejorar en...
