This should actually have no stars, as this place doesn't deserve it. Prior to Christmas my wife and I went to this store to have a new car alarm system installed. While there we decided to shop for a new stereo system too! We should have quit with the alarm system. They actually did a good job with the alarm system, but a disaster with the stereo.

The radio the owner offered didn't appear to fit but he assured us it would fit while showing us a special bracket. We accepted and left the car only to return to a disaster. The radio did not fit despite his assurance. Instead of contacting us, the technician decided to force the installation damaging the radio and the car radio decor area framing. Upon returning, we were livid! It was the owner who told us to check it out before we left, thus we did so and brought these complaints to him. He stepped out to view the damage and started making excuses for fitting problems and nothing about the incompentency of the technician. I reminded him of the concern I had originally about the size of the radio; he simply ignored it and said something incredibley stupid. "They all are that way!" All I can say is wow! He vowed to somehow fix the broken framing. There is no fixing but rather replacing instead. This still would not resolve the fitting problem.

We brought the vehicle back to have the radio removed and the original reinstalled. Afterall the old stereo was more powerful than the new one and simply sounded better. He would not refund us the full cost of the radio and decided to keep $150 as punishment for not accepting his garbage. I spent over $500 with this place.

This car belonged to my mother-in-law who kept it pristine. Unfortunaly she passed during to pandemic. We use it when we visit and vow to keep it as pristine as she did. It has sentimental value and he mared it without any concern.

This place might be on it's face looking good and has plenty signs bells and whistles. Walk inside it looks like a place where you can actually have a great experience and get solid equipment for your car. Unforunately I can only vouch for the alarm system, however I would not recommend buying a transister radio from this company nor would I allow them to touch any vehicle I own. I recommend you find another shop on the island. Don't waste your time or money. I see it as a lesson learned; be assured...

Visite hacer unas comprars y el senor, un representante de Worldtronic me dijo que necesito una mascarilla AFUERA del la tienda. Para mirar una bulba AFUERA en el aire libre. Esa gente vive con las mascarillas pegao pero bien duro a sus caras. En el carro, en el calor, en la ducha, donde sea y todavia en 2022!! Son mal educada y creen en cualquiera cosa que dece el gobierno o las noticias. Gracias a Dios hay otras tiendas y otros duenos que se permite la gente vivir libre sin controlar otras personas. No voy comprar nada de esa tienda. Si una persona quiere 5 vacunas en la nalga y respirar microplasticos de mascarillas que disfruten pero no me digas lo que yo deberia hacer...
