I don't write many reviews, but White Box Computers came up on my yelp and thought I should really express how well and professional Brian's. I have been using Brian for many years to work on my PC's and update my website. I have used Brian for at least 5 years.

He is very helpful by coming to my house and working on my PC in my office and not have to take it with him unless I'm having serious problems. Even when he takes it he has it back to me in 1-2 days. The best thing is he is way cheaper than competitors out there. When my PC was getting outdated I told him what I needed my PC for and he offered to build me a desktop or even to meet me at the store to pick out a laptop that will work for me. I currently went with both options not at the same time of course but the best part of him helping me with this is he didn't try up selling me on a PC, laptop and software that I wouldn't need.

This place literally fixed my computer in five minutes!

I had an issue where I couldn’t get on the Internet. I called Support for the manufacture and spent several hours on the phone with different support people including another repair tech. Finally a friend recommended Brian to me because they have been using him for years. He came in with no tools, just himself and a few minutes later everything was back to normal. I guess he knew exactly what it was when I explained it on the phone and just needed to come over to perform the steps to correct the problem. After researching the problem extensively, I called White Box and spoke to Brian explaining that I was not able to print any documents. After explaining the issue I scheduled an appointment for service. The outcome of the service call was excellent.
