Read moreDisappointed with the delivery speed and sales' attitude. Once the customer place the order, they do not care about the ongoing delivery and service.
On September 4th, I made a purchase with the expectation that the items were in stock, and I would receive them in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the entire experience has been marred by significant delays.
First, the items were initially scheduled to be ready for delivery at the logistics company by September 12th. However, that date was pushed back to September 20th, which was already an inconvenience. But it didn't end there; the items didn't even arrive at the logistics company until September 26th.
Now, I am informed that the delivery is scheduled for October 6th, which is over a month from the date of my initial order. This extended delay has disrupted my plans and created unnecessary stress and inconvenience for me.
Throughout this ordeal, communication has been lacking, and I've received little information regarding the reasons for these delays. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and let down as a customer.
I understand that logistical challenges can arise, but it's essential for a company to communicate proactively and transparently with its customers in such situations. I expected better service from a company with your reputation.
As a resolution, I would appreciate an explanation for these delays and, if possible, a more accurate estimated delivery date. Additionally, given the extent of the delay, I believe it would be reasonable to offer some form of compensation for the inconvenience and frustration this situation has caused.
I want to believe that this experience is an exception and not the standard of service your company provides. I hope we can resolve this matter promptly...
Read moreReview based on service not product: I recently purchased a sectional and kitchen table from the Paramus store. While the initial transaction went smoothly, everything thereafter has been a nightmare. Shipment of the sectional was delayed because no one called to complete our payment and we were unaware that scheduling the shipment was hindered by that until WE called the store to investigate. We were then given a delivery date to find out later (after we had arranged time off of work to receive the delivery) that the sectional would only be at the warehouse that day and we would have to arrange a different home delivery day. We have since received the sofa yet still wait for our table. Again, WE called the store last week to investigate. Low and behold the table has been in the store for days and no one called to set up delivery. They then suggested a delivery date two weeks later which is simply unacceptable. We have been awaiting a call with an update, AGAIN, and AGAIN we have not heard from anyone in days. Are we expected to go pick this up ourselves? Call every day until we can get some answers? The logistics of our order have been mishandled again and again. While the product may be beautiful, it is not worth the hassle and frustration due to the unprofessionalism and lack of customer service we have received. At some point I will get the table I am anxiously waiting for, and I can promise you that will be the last time I deal...
