I traveled 1 hour to the Riverside Hackensack location on Labor day first thing in the morning and was assigned to client agent 41384 Kyoung Hwiee Kim. I drove here with the intentions of purchasing multiple pieces specifically a ring to have engraved. However Kyoung Kim did not appear to be interested in my business. I literally recall her getting the 1 ring out & quickly shutting her black hand held Jewlery presentation book pad that she was holding during her presentation & walking away with it as I searched for a bow ring on the site I had seen in the Arizona Tiffany store. She appeared more focused and concerned with making sure I paid immediately for the first item before acctually showing me any other pieces. Which I did however Kyoung Kim failed to inform me that the engraving was NOT done on the premises that in fact it gets sent out and take up to 2 weeks to be done, which meant I would of had to travel back to this location upon completion. Kyoung Kim didn't even ring me up for the engraving. Despite that being my sole purpose for driving to this location myself. Instead Kyong Kim excused herself in the middle of her helping me to go assist a couple whom appeared to be of her same culture/likeness. I watched her allow the woman of this couple to wear the pieces she was showing them throughout the entire gallery with no rush to make them pay & leave their side. As she did with me. I was very disappointed in her lack of customer service. I even had to go and ask a different agent whom was just finishing with her client at the register to show me the watches since Kyoung Kim clearly was more interested in helping her people. I will say this it's a shame to have been dismissed in this way especially since I was literally the first guest to arrive for the day. It was for that very reason I left and did business with Louis Vuitton instead after only purchasing the 1 ring, which didn't even get engraved the way I intended. As LV treated me with respect and dignity the moment I walked in. I'm sure they're grateful for Miss.Kim's dismissive guest service...
Read moreWent to return a gift we recieved from our baby shower which was 5 days ago. The gift was a piggy bank which i feel was not necessary for a newborn and wanted to return it. After filling out my information to process the return I was told I could not return the gift as it was over the 30 day return window by 3 days. I pled my case with the manager as I told her I have the receipt and my baby shower invitations were sent out 2 months ago. I asked if she could please honor the return and her response was "sorry maybe you can regift it to someone else." Very unprofessional and really turned me away from the tiffany brand. Sad to see a reputable company such as tiffanys have employees and policy's like this that create negative...
Read moreThis is a smaller, but still lovely Tiffany and because of it the personnel are attentive and always ready to help. My last visit was for perfume and little did I know they were discontinuing their signature fragrance. I can't believe they would delete such a beautiful floral scent but alas...I was rescued by Alicia. She miraculously found 4 bottles for me and had them sent to my home. I was planning on 2 but she intimated they would be gone within the month so I took them all and so glad I did as indeed they are all gone. Thank you Alicia; I am glad you...
