I love it here. Noel is an amazing young man who went above and beyond for me. 6 weeks ago I purchased an expensive vape and told the salesperson at a different store it’s my first time owning one and they didn’t even show me how to use it.

My first time going in was on Friday and Noel greeted me into the store and was very helpful I purchased an elf bar 5,000 puff vape and I was impressed it had a full charge. I stopped in twice today and Noel remembered me and asked how my day was and what I had planned for the evening, and I liked that.

My 2nd visit was around 8:30pm and he really went above and beyond what any vape shop in the area would ever do. He cleaned out my tank because I didn’t like the flavor, changed my coil, showed me how to do everything, refilled with the new juice, and showed me the vapers you sell.

I wanted to tip him but he refused to take it. I think he should be promoted. If you are hiring I’d like to apply for a job, the vibe in the shop is ahhhh-maze-ing!!!! I can walk around for hours just looking around at the art and your products.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this place is worthy! I went to purchase a few gifts for a coworker and I am happy I stopped by this location. Throughout my visit to the shop, sales associate Jimmy was able to educate me on what exactly I was looking at. I walked in and was blown away by the selection of products. Around this time, Jimmy mentioned if I make a purchase totaling $50 that I would receive a ticket to the raffle the shop holds. I believe it was for $500 store credit, but don’t quote me on that. Half the items stocked were things I had never seen before. I shopped for this same coworker at another location that is closer to me, but they didn't have anywhere near the selection this shop has. You could spend a whole hour browsing, I think I did. In between customers Jimmy made sure I didn’t need any additional assistance. My coworker loved what I chose, thanks again Jimmy! Best smoke shop around! Prices are awesome, staff is friendly, helpful and make everyone feel welcome (no awkward vibes here 😁). You can tell the staff is genuine in how they treat customers, they remembered me after my first visit and actually pay attention to what I buy, when I walk in someone is grabbing exactly what I came in for as they are greeting me!! Their prices are amazing in the first place, compared to other shops around the area, and they offer great 2-for deals. They have a wide variety of smoke/vape accessories and an exquisite cigar humidor with choice cigars. I have not yet left this place with our getting exactly what I was looking for. So glad they opened, there was another shop I loved in Davenport but the owner had to sell and the new one is a horrible, chauvinistic “businessman”.
