Happy Kids Zone — Local services in Haines City

I visited this play place with my grandkids shortly after it first opened and wasn't very impressed due to how small the space is. I decided to give it another try recently, but unfortunately, we likely won’t be returning. We arrived right when they opened, and while my granddaughter was playing in the ball pit, she stepped on a couple of hard toys buried at the bottom. This gave me the impression that the ball pit may not be regularly checked or cleaned, which was concerning. The play area itself feels cramped. it's manageable if only a few children are present, but quickly becomes uncomfortable when it gets even moderately busy. There's no seating in the play area, and it’s difficult to keep an eye on your children due to the chopped-up layout of the space. They have large ride-on cars, which seem out of place given how little room there is to actually use them. Overall, for the price, it didn’t feel like a good value. We ended up leaving before our time was up because it just wasn’t an enjoyable or practical...

I’ve been to many play gyms with my son before and the quality / organization could be a lot better here. I’ve never been to a play gym where toys aren’t being picked up periodically, most of the toys have no batteries and you can tell the toys are second hand and not new which is fine but the missing pieces to them didn’t help as well . upstairs was never picked up and was worse then downstairs, when we got here and while we were there, toys and clothes were all over the floor and found myself cleaning up a bit so my son had a clean space to play and walk around. This play gym has great potential but needs to be organized a lot more rather then having he one staff sit on their phone and picking up a toy here in there only from the first floor. My son had fun but from a parents safety and cleanliness perspective the standards to this place should be higher especially since it’s catered to...

Horrible. There is no safety measurements in place and it is not clean. We went and there was no other children there...there was no employee going around picking up toys, I was picking up toys so that my son could have fun. That is unacceptable!!!! The slide is so dangerous and not padded at the bottom. My child, and many others, have gotten hurt on this slide. There's no padding on edges where the kids can easily hit their heads. The party room and supply room are not blocked off...any child can get into dangerous chemicals. There were blownup latex balloons floating around the floor after a party wasn't cleaned up, which is extremely dangerous to Littles. I can go on and on, but I'll leave it at this. Most positive reviews on here are family/ friends trying to make this place look good when it is not. It has potential, but the potential...
