This is a totally awesome and all service computer store! They are good at assessing older computers & telling you if its worth it to keep working with it, as was my husband's experience a few months back. However, most recently when a storm in our area caused damage to my previous laptop and I had to get a new computer...All Your Computer Services were able to transfer the data from my old computer, recycle my old computer, and Robert, the young man who works the front desk was able to help me to set up my Microsoft office info on the new laptop and was VERY patient with my challenges that I have sometimes with computers & technology. Robert is a very friendly, welcoming young man and patient with people's learning curve issues with a new device. I was so comfortable with Robert's knowledge and helpfulness, that a few weeks after they set-up my new laptop and I was having challenges navigating a few programs... I went back to the store and he remembered me and was more than willing and helpful to guide me thru the things I needed to accomplish to make the computer more user friendly for me! They’re incredible and Sam the owner is so kind and genuine. I remember them from years ago, when I use to bring my college laptop. Glad they’re still around. They’re fair, timely, considerate and do excellent work. Me and my grandma found my grandpas old laptop he passed in 2009 and he unlocked it for us. Now we get all those picture memories back that were lost. He also fixed an old decoration that is over 20 years old that my grandma used for Christmas every year that she passed down to me.
