Just waited a hour because my boyfriend was in there waiting for a sandwich and I gave them my name Jelissa he was right by me and the girl was confused so I said put JELI. My boyfriend asked after it was already made for jelissa. They kept telling him it’s not ready a whole hour on my name they couldn’t even check the order sitting there that they had. Caused a whole argument with my boyfriend and I don’t even have appetite to eat this anymore. It was soggy and cold asked them to reheat but in reality I wanted it freshly done again. Due to him saying my name JELIssa and he asked an handful of times why not go CHECK the order right?? and them not realizing the order was done for an hour! I was waiting for maybe 25 to 30 minutes and they had no clue of my order which I had already paid. A lady gave me a half refund, but they did not give a juice that i had already paid.Overall, they are not organized and need training when it comes to order follow-up. Will I visit again? I'm not sure they did not even apologize. Music of choice in this business is religious, nothing agaist it but music should be neutral in mi opinion, I'm...

In the end, I waited over 45 minutes for a sandwich, without ever hearing a single apology. It seems being polite and professional is not part of...
