Went in today- was excited as they had redone the store- boy I was so disappointed. When I get inside this poor lil lady was trying to buy some tops and the lady aggressively kept saying they were $2.00 and she was not changing it to anything less. Lady said she needed them but did not have enough for each at $2.09. Lady at register said”well you’re not getting them”- I was like this stuff is donated, the kids that work there do so as volunteers from the “school” and a church not being able to help a community member with shirts- that was it for me. I will no longer donate my nice things here nor will I shop there. If they are not there to help People then what are they doing? Pocketing the money themselves? Save your stuff, have a yard sale- go buy stuff for the people you encounter on the streets and be the real hands and...

I like coming here to look for things because in places like this you can always find surprises. The people are very kind, but the place itself is a complete mess. The smell is unpleasant, the prices are extremely high, and it looks like nothing ever gets cleaned.

They should close for at least one day to organize, do a deep cleaning, and throw away everything that no longer serves a purpose. Yes—trash—because there are old and used items everywhere.

This place has great potential, but they need to take advantage of it to make it something big and beautiful, because they really could. They could even ask the community for help, as there are always good people willing to contribute.
