Me and my brother came here on the way back to Miami with the kids right from Disney World. We haven't been around this side of town for a while and my Dad said this is a nice area for the family. He's a big LEGO fan and nothing, but great things to say about everyone at the store. He comes here regularly and it was a newer place that opened up not too long ago. He had a lot of great things to say about the place, so everyone in the car was excited to get there.

The area is very nice and the store has a home kind of feel to it. Lots of various sets everywhere and massive areas for LEGO parts and pieces for your building needs.

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with Allen. The store itself and Jordan was awesome, but it's not necessarily to get into details, because we don't want one person to ruin the reputation of the store.

Overall, we ended up getting nothing from there and I had to tell my brother to get the kids back to the car in a quiet manor that didn't disturb the kids fun. We initially did want to buy a few things, but the conversation we had soured the whole experience.

The store itself is definitely 5-Stars, but I have to knock it all the way down to a single Star due to the interaction with Allen which was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Let bygones be bygones. We have no intention on returning.

Purchased many sets from them from the start of their business. They sold me a used set that was missing ALOT of pieces, they didn’t want to stand behind it and help me on an over $150 set - they still have ignored my ask for assistance.

EDIT : no one ever forced this business to sell at the prices they were offering to me, that was their decision. The statement regarding it “could have gone to someone else” that was your business decision.

Before returning this one package of legos (one of about 50) I reached out to the store manager to advise that the sets arrived fully water damaged and I wanted to know how to proceed, he told me to go directly through whatnot to process the return.

This is my new favorite “brick” store. Came in today with my sister and kids and had a blast. The entire team was fun, engaging, and incredibly kind. The store has a ton of really great mini figures at excellent prices. My daughter was allowed to go around the store and play freely in the loose brick bins which really helps parents walk around and enjoy. They have a very cute DUPLO corner that kept my daughter entertained for a while. I purchased a few items and really felt like I got more than my moneys worth.
