I was having an issue with my car battery so I stopped by and they checked it for me. The guy cleaned my battery because it had some corrosion. He discovered that one of my wires was loose and that was the actual reason I was having problems. He tightened it for me because I live 2 hours away and would not have made it home. He had it done in less than 5 minutes. I regret that I did not get his name but he said he was originally from Chicago! There was also a female employee there who was very helpful. I wasn't sure what exactly I needed or how to explain it but Wendell Brown worked and helped me until we figured it out. He is absolutely amazing and that was one of the best experiences I've had in any store. He is so knowledgeable, honest, polite, kind, caring and so very helpful. Brandy also helped us figure it out. She was a pleasure to deal with. You need to find more employees like those two.
