Beware of the unauthorized transaction & untruthful charging by this Store 179 in Hagerstown, Maryland. On 03/30/2022, at 3.35pm, my spouse tried to use his credit card. After a few failed swiping attempts of his credit card at the Pos or Pump #5, he went into this Store 179 & the staff did a PrePay $80.00 on his credit card. The actual final amount was $58.76 but the full $80 was charged to his credit card at 3.38pm which was an over-charged cheating. On top of that cheating attempt, this Store 179 also tried to authorize another $150, which was notified by my Spouse’s bank via auto email at 3.37pm. This deliberate attempt (certainly not due to machine or human errors) for petty cheats will be reported to his bank that issued the credit card for rejection of the unauthorized $150 & correction of the untruthful charged $80 to actual final of $58.75. Shame on this Store 179 for the fraudulent...

My company only comes to pilots. Just this pilot so far has the worst mold in the shower issue. I served 9 years army and had a better shower condition especially in JRTC. This place does need to get some TLC but for now I'm gonna try to avoid taking a shower here. Reserved parking is a suggestion they don't kick out the ones who haven't paid and have no will to cause of some protocol from pilot. Think if pilot started booting trucks not paying would get attention to pay...

Memorial day, 2023, 3 PM Cashier came into the bathroom, went into a stall, did not flush, did not wash hands upon leaving the restroom, and proceeded to the register. I would not let her touch any of my items, and she could keep her bag! She should be fired rather than the 2 cashiers laughing when i suggested she wash her hands.I did not have the patience or time to run to another location! I will never ever use this Pilot again…and I’m in town...
