DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Previously, I left a good review, but that was before I had to deal with the warranty, but not only that, every person I had spoken to about having it completed. First, the salesperson by the valley mall tried having it processed, but he failed to change the phone number on the account and famous words from this company, "I'll call you right back." Five days went by, and I heard nothing, so I went over to the store located by Best Buy, hoping to get this sorted, but this visit only made matters worse. I was told my mattress was discontinued, so I couldn't just do a swap out. Fine, whatever, but then after I picked a mattress, I made a date for the delivery, and AFTER I paid the 99 dollars, he failed to tell me that they don't have that mattress in stock. So then the date changed for a week l later. Day of delivery, I got the notification about it getting delivered, and not only did I not update my number, but I did not update my address either. They were going to deliver it to an old address... I left a voice mail for the warehouse and received a call in the morning. They couldn't deliver that day and will have to reschedule. She said when it comes back, we'll give you a call at 3.. Never got a call back.. I called the salesperson by the best buy and he tried to help with telling me at the end, ill call you back when I get from the warehouse and of course, didn't receive a call back. I called customer service, hoping they could help. The lady was reassuring, and she would schedule it for the 22nd, and if it could be delivered sooner, she would call back and supposedly left a note to call back in the morning. Never got a call back, no note was made, and on the 22nd, no one came. Come to find out, the delivery date was for the 26th. 4 weeks after, it was supposed to originally get delivered. I was transferred to a supervisor when I called back and left a voice mail, and the guy didn't even bother to call me back.. Read moreMy aunt and I stopped into the store on a whim because we had been at the mall running errands. I had told her to go to a Mattress Warehouse near my home to use the bedmatch computer that they have, but because we were near this location I told her it would be perfect timing. I’d had experience with the technology years ago, and I knew it would help her on her search. We were promptly greeted by Brandon, and he was extremely personable talking to him. Mattress hunting is not something that I think should be done hastily, and he took more time than expected to ask her many important questions. He let my aunt jump into and lay on every bed that was recommended by the bed match as well as others that were identified by him as something she might need for her specific aches and twinges. We even talked about pillows that I’ve always been skeptical of, but because of the explanation and experience we had being able to test them I am ready to go back and buy my own pillows. We took so much time talking and discussing the mattress and motor board that went along with one that she decided she wanted to purchase her mattress while there. Brandon was able to stay within a price that was so reasonable that my aunt will have her mattress, two pillows, protective cover, and motorized lifting mattress frame delivered as soon as she moves into her new place. Her old set will also be hauled away and it was all for less than what people spend on a sit down restaurant for 3 people. I would absolutely recommend visiting this location because you will be treated with dignity, respect, and care while making a long term investment purchase. It’s worth the time and effort for an item you will have for well over 5-10 years and will use almost every single day.

Read moreI bought the first mattress in Chambersburg Pa. The manager let me under the impression I was getting free pillows and a king size mattress cover, after spending hours there not realizing he was trying to figure a way with out me knowing to add the extra $350. on my bill. After that deal the mattress needed returned was defective within a week so I went to the other mattress warehouse in Chambersburg and met that manager which the first day was upset due to he had to come to work on his day off and go to Hagerstown and was downright nasty and the person working under him apologized for his bosses rudeness. We also upgraded to what the sleep happens machine said. It was defective also. the manager told me that the return cost the company money and some out of his own pocket. To make a long story short they have returned 3 defective mattress for us and each one was made very poorly. Last week the 3rd one was delivered and I like others on here now realize these mattress are recycled . Sterns and Foster does not make 3 defective mattresses. This has all been in one years time. 3 defective??? They was inspected by the 3rd party. I am going to eat the cost and no more returning mattresses or ever dealing with this company again. I hope it can be proven that they sell recycled ones. We had the 3rd mattress it is two weeks old and smells and hurting our backs and sewed so crooked. They would not give money back just repeating replacing them after being proven by third party inspectors they was and are defective. We are elderly people and may take this further other then telling the world about our situation with MATTRESS WAREHOUSE.. The owner asking me for my receipts and contact???
