Zero star if possible.
Very strongly deter anyone from ever going here. There are many alternatives located nearby with far better food, prices, ambiance, and service. Again, none of us will be returning. Enjoy the novel below for my experience.
Went with a group of friends at 6pm Thursday. No wait time to get seated at a table and there appeared to be plenty of waiting staff. The three if us ordered wings and a round of beers at 6:10. Then, out of the blue, our waitress told us she was switching us to another waiter (who we found out was one of the managers). Beers came in a normal amount of time. The manager checked in once around 6:20 to ask if we wanted a second round of drinks. At 7:00, we started wondering if they forgot about our orders since we hadn't seen anyone in 40 minutes and the table beside us had come in after we ordered and already been served their food. Fortunately, we were at a table near a bar and could see the manager that was serving us, we waved him over to ask about our wings and he said he would ask the kitchen and find out what was going on. Fifteen minutes later the manager came back to tell us they were getting our order together. Finally our order arrived around 7:25 and they had forgotten an entire order of fifteen wings and instead brought a tray of fries. They also forgot to bring any of us silverware. Waited another ten minutes for the forgotten wings. Manager came by after we all had our food and asked if we needed anything. We asked for some waters and he said he would be right back with those. We watched him go behind the bar serve several drink orders and run to the register and talk to a waitress for five minutes then disappeared for five minutes. By this point, we didn't care anymore, we just wanted to get out. He finally brought our waters and asked how we wanted the checks. Of course, when the checks came, the orders were all mixed up and had to be redone. I believe in tipping waiters/waitresses but I strongly considered not leaving one at all due to lack of effort and service put forth.. even a simple "sorry about the wait guys" would have been well received... We finally walked out to our cars at 8 o'clock. Two solid hours for a cold plate of wings, two beers, and a handful of interactions...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I attended this BWW with a large group of ppl. We took up the whole bar side of the restaurant. Mind you I do understand with a large group it takes time with the wait which we don't mind because everyone was socializing. My boyfriend only ordered a drink which it never made it to our table. They had the drink but gave it to someone else since they couldn't reach our table which made our wait even longer. We didn't get food or anything just that one alcoholic beverage. The waiter which is a man finally comes to our table and asked was everyone taken care of. He took everyone else order but our order which we was seated at the same table. My boyfriend kept trying to get his attention and this man ignored him going to the table be side us. Now he did come back with a refill for the other ppl(we still have yet to receive our drink) so the other ppl that was with us got his attention for us. The waiter didn't even look at us he basically said " we are busy and I will take ya'll order once I take care of the customers who are trying to leave first." Now mind you he came to our table 3 times taking orders, bringing refills and just talking but never even acknowledged us which we are the only 2 black ones at the table. We felt embarrassed and disrespected. I ask my boyfriend if he wants to leave because he was pretty upset and I ask the man which he was just sitting there at the computer talking (BUT NEVER CAME BACK TO TAKE OUR ORDER) i ask to speak to a manager the same guy says "Yeah sure" while shooing me away from him. My boyfriend had to get an waitress to grab the boss which she was upset after us telling her what happened. Once the manager came out he just didnt show he cared one bit. He made up every excuse for his worker and after that we never once received an apology or anything. The manager heard us out, made up the excuses for his worker and after that told us to have a nice night. We was never rude or anything but I think that night it just wasn't right and we will never be back at this BWW again. I've never felt so Disrespected in my life especially at...
Read moreAfter driving 6.5 hours, alone, for a sad event, all I wanted to do was eat something good and have a drink to relax. Upon entering the restaurant, I was ignored by two individuals on the phone at the take-out window (which I understand), and not greeted by any other employee near the door (which I do not understand, that is your job). I was exhausted and just wanted to sit down. After waiting at the front door for a few minutes, I walked to the bar area only to be ignored by the rude bartender. After flagging her down to ask her if I needed to see anyone to be seated at the area, she arrogantly proceeds to say that the bar area is first come first serve, then walks away. I proceeded to seat myself as she so advised and waited for almost 25 minutes without someone greeting me (they never did my entire visit). Ironically I sat next to the server station, so I had groups of servers gathering to gossip with the bartender, yet no-one spoke to me. You would think that especially during these difficult times of COVID, they would be thrilled to have a customer and at least someone ask if I had been helped. But not a glance from anyone in a half-empty restaurant. So I left. I do not recommend this restaurant unless there is not even a McDonalds or gas station food available. I grew up in the service industry and this was just atrocious. This location is clearly intentionally placed in an area surrounded by hotels, therefore designed to focus on travelers. When individuals are ignored and treated as if they are not important, speaks volumes of how this place is run and the quality of individuals they hire. Why pay money to eat/drink somewhere that doesn't respect you! Pass on this place and head to literally anywhere else! I left and headed to El Ranchero. I had superb service and even had the bartender ask me how I was/why/where I was coming from. Go to places that treat you like family. Not Buffalo Wild Wings! Only gave one star because I was not able to post without selecting at least one star. My rating is a...
