AWFUL service!!! If I could give it zero stars, I would!!! I have a Kubota riding mower that needed repaired. I blew the U-joint on the drive shaft, and a couple other things needed fixed. I called and they said they could pick it up Monday. I had to call Tuesday again because it was still sitting at my house. The person I spoke to had no idea why it wasn't picked up. They finally got it Wednesday. I figured they would need some time to go over it and get a list of repairs. A week later, I still hadn't heard, so I called. They said it was gone over the day before, but they didn't know why nobody called me. So I said go ahead and order the parts, I need it fixed. I again gave them time because it was a lot to repair. I think 2 weeks went by without hearing from them. I was becoming frustrated because I hadn't heard anything, when it showed up at my house. No call, nothing. About a week later, we got snow and I went to use it (I have a snow blower attachment). It was running good, but when it got dark, I went to flip the lights on and nothing happened. I checked the wires, but it looked like they were all hooked up. So I called again. They said they would be out the next day to check it out. Again, nobody showed that day. I waited 2 or 3 days before they got out to look at it. When the service guy called, he said the tech got out there and they worked fine. He asked if I was pushing the right button!! I've had this mower for YEARS, and I'm not an idiot. But instead of owning up to a mistake and saying, yeah we missed something, they totally put the blame on me. When I got home to check it out, they did in fact work then, but I could tell someone was under the hood. It has been running pretty well for me, but now I'm seeing the tire that they replaced because it was flat is starting to go flat again. I'm completely disgusted with their service. I had taken a part to get repaired to them before, and the service then was fantastic. I'm not sure what happened, but I'll NEVER take anything...
Read moreCame here about 30 minutes before closing on 5/2/19. We were greated by a salesman who stated he was with another customer and would be with us as soon as he finished up with them. After showing the other customer a mower they went inside and we proceeded to wait outside while the salesman finished up with that customer. About 10 minutes or so pass and the customer leaves and we continue to wait, expecting the salesman to return. Maybe another 10 minutes pass and by this point we're wondering what's going on so we decided to go inside and talk to him. Its at this point we find out they locked the doors and went out the back! WHAT!? This was pretty much the worst display of customer service I've seen from a company in a while. Granted I know im only buying a $10,000 mower and not a $300,000+ piece of farm equipment but the lack of respect for the customer who I'm sure is your daily bread and butter is just awful. I understand you have hours and close at a specific time but to just blatantly avoid someone and sneak out the back is uncalled for. So just to let everyone know, I'd suggest taking your business and money somewhere else that actually respects and appreciates...
Read moreRandy, my salesman, was wonderful during my three week endeavor to buy my L3560. Although half of the tractor(backhoe) is still on back order, he bent over backwards to deliver what he could. My only critique might be wanting more transparency with prices, fees and costs (attachments and kits) and such. But hey, years of car buying has me paranoid so i probably had all of the transparency i needed. Super friendly, extremely helpful, no pressure and all about the customer....sure won't find a "car salesman" at messick's. And their youtube videos are amazing. They have my business for life...as long as the Kubota continues to operate as advertised of course. ...
