Owners have zero compassion for our daughter that was ran over by speed skaters. They never asked how our daughter was or sorry about the accident as the collision BROKE HER ELBOW ALMOST IN HALF! 8months before she is hopefully back to normal.
She had to have surgery and has two pins in her elbow. She will not have full motion for EIGHT MONTHS!!!
Was severely over crowded while 2/3rds of the guests were new skaters and falling down and not enough floor attendants to make sure guests are safe and enjoying themselves.
We want all to know if your child gets ran over the business and owners WILL NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR CHILD. They will just wipe their hands of you and your child!!!!
My reply to their comment.
RollerWorld NorthEast you never once showed compassion or even said we are so sorry about the accident. We understand we accept liability but as a human being to not ask or even apologize that such a horrific accident TO A CHILD and art your establishment happened is deeply concerning. The 100% lack of professionalism over this accident proves it to me and my family and all guests and parents that had their party there.
I understand accidents happen but as a business you should at least show compassion, but shifting blame to a kid is ridiculous.
We were deeply appreciative to allow us to come see the video and thanked y’all multiple times. Your husband seemed to have aggression toward me as it felt like he thought we were there for a payday (even though we told yall multiple times we aren’t suing over this and was willing to put it in writing) verses to see what actually happened.
As a previous review posted about your establishment other have claimed your capacity is outrageous and not safe at all, almost 400 allowed to be in the building and on that slate floor is utterly ridiculous. All reviews posted about kids SLAMMING into other is 100% legit. The owner just look at the building capacity and number threw the doors.
The camera angle they have is 90% covering the dj booth and almost NO COVERAGE OF THE SKATE RINK.
You should HIGHLY consider doing aged range skate times as adults speed skating and children skating shouldn’t happen at the same time.
P.S. you never showed us anything at all. You only told us over the phone your capacity number and capacity that night. We never saw any forms in writing.
P.S.S. As a small business you should really care about your QUALITY OF THE EXPERIENCE (at your establishment) to customers verses QUANTITY OF PEOPLE you can shove in your building, as from the get go you told us only and never showed us any form of documentation. Your negative reviews and after this accident show that you only care about the...
Read moreWAY TOO CROWDED! Our family has gone to this skating rink multiple times and enjoyed it. Never again. We went to a friends birthday party on 4/15/22 and it was busier than I had ever seen before. I questioned how people could even skate when they had to get through a maze to even get to the skate floor. So many of the people were obviously new skaters and then there were speed and trick skaters zooming by them. There was no type of safety or order to it. My 10 year old daughter (not a new skater, has not tripped or fallen since first learning to skate 2 years ago) was knocked down by some of these skaters. She ended up with a broken elbow and will take 6-8 months before getting full mobility back. When I wanted to voice some of my concerns that she was hurt because of overcrowding, the owners stated that their video showed my daughter’s friend dragged her down and caused her fall. She also stated they were not at capacity, and they they don’t allow more people to come in once they are full. Once I saw the video in slowed down speed, it shows she was knocked down by the other skaters. I understand we assume risks with certain activities, like skating. But this place was too packed! If they weren’t even at the limit that they stop letting people in, it really needs to be lowered. Especially after reading several other reviews saying they’ve witnessed the same thing! The lack of concern for my daughter and shifting the blame onto the two girls left me very disappointed with the owners. My daughter suffered a serious break, and it was treated like just a shrug of the shoulders. I cannot in good conscience recommend for anyone to skate here until they make safety a higher priority. I would rather pay more and drive further to another skating rink that manages their crowds better, and know that my kids are less likely to be crashed into, than going back here again. For them, it’s simply unfortunate. That’s how it...
Read moreWent there a couple times and it’s been pretty fun! There are some faster skaters but they aren’t really a big issue. I’ve only seen 2 or 3 collisions with one of the fast skaters and only 1 of them was their fault. I can only speak for what I have seen myself from this establishment. The floor isn’t bad and every time I come back something new is being done. I love this! Always trying to better your establishment to help the guests and or parties is an amazing idea. One thing I whitenesses though was beyond me and that is my reason for this review. While there today a skater had cut his leg open pretty bad. Definitely felt it myself after I got a small glimpse of the injury. A kid was patching the boy up while he was screaming in pain, and some lady from the party told a kid to move out of the fenced off party area for no reason. He wasn’t in the way at all and seemed to be only concerned for his friend or the boy. Instead of the women asking if he is okay she instead told him to move and went to get the owner. The boy complied without a problem and went to sit in another spot. The boy helping the injured boy said to the lady “ his leg is bleeding a lot can you please give us a second to fix him up then we will all get out of your way.” The lady went and got the owner and the first words I heard from her was “this was the one with the attitude.” Totally not worried about the kid that is hurt, but is more worried about getting someone who is actually helping in trouble. The owner told the boy to calm down and everyone went on with their day. Total Karen for no reason though. I will definitely coming back but the parents seem to all think they are extremely entitled. If you are a decent skater be warned if the owners and the parents because you will be the first target if...
