I recently had the pleasure of visiting A&J’s , and I must say, they exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by their friendly and knowledgeable staff who made me feel right at home.

I've been getting my tires from Costco but after speaking to one of the owners at A&J's I decided to get tires through their place since they were a smaller local business and I've gotten my oil changes from them for years. They were more expensive than what Costco offered but I was reassured they were better quality...Within the first 6 months of getting these tires, I just got a flat on my 3rd bad tire out of the 4 I purchased. The 1st one was within a week of getting the tires. After I addressed that I had just got the tires and there had to be some sort of warranty, I was told they never offered me the warranty, because it was too expensive and I had to buy another tire. Basically I spent over $700 for tires and have to buy all new tires again within a year, because of the poor quality I was given. I also wanted to mention that after I got the new tires put on my TPMS sensors have never been working right since, and my hubcaps were put on incorrectly and my valves were bent on 2 of the new tires. I had to go back and make them fix the valves but my sensor hasn't been fixed. I cannot recommend getting tires from here after all of the issues it created. I’ve been bringing my Honda Accord here for the past 8 years and are always super helpful and professional.

During my most recent visit I got an oil change and Dereck was the mechanic. The oil change went really well and the price was great. They immediately noticed I was having some other issues with my car and they scanned it and found some parts that needed to be replaced - nox sensor, air intake valve, and another part. They replaced those parts and took it for a test drive just to make sure everything was back to normal, and it was!

Not only did they fix all of that, but Dereck was really precise and clear in explaining what was wrong with my car that even a 6 year old could understand it. When I came to pick up my car, he took me back into the shop and showed me all of the old parts he replaced and what was wrong with them/why they needed to be replaced. Super appreciate that. In the past, every other mechanic shop would just give me my car and send me on my way, but these guys went above and beyond even after my car was fixed. They took the time (even less than an hour before closing) to explain everything to me afterwards. I can’t recommend these guys enough for not only oil changes but general car...
