I called Alpine Florist yesterday evening. I had to whisper as I ordered the dozen red rose arrangement for fear of my wife overhearing me. The lady who answered the phone understood my dilemma, immediately, when I said I'd have to call her back in a few minutes with my credit card information. When I did call back I told her I wanted the florist to do the best arrangement she had EVER done for my wife and asked for a high number so I knew the ceiling cost. Then I requested an early delivery the next day, January 20th.
I happened to be phoning my wife at the very moment the arrangement arrived. She hung up to answer the doorbell. I called back in a few minutes to an absolutely gushing wife exclaiming that she just received the most beautiful floral arrangement of her entire life. Always one to question our outward flow of money, without asking the number, she said, after thinking about it, "I don't care how much it cost...I'll gladly write the check!"
So I just want to say thank you to Alpine. I can get away with nearly anything for the next year, thanks to you!

Called Tuesday for a flower arrangement I wanted delivered the following Monday for my grandmother's 95th birthday, and gave the girl i spoke with names of a couple specific flowers I wanted in attempt to describe the color patter I wanted. She told me to call back by Thursday with all of the flowers i wanted. I called back Thursday and spoke to the same girl, who then told me I needed to call back before Thursday and there was nothing she could do for me now. I said i was confused since I was told to call by Thursday, which I did, and why she would tell me to call back on another day if I had already called Tuesday with specific flowers in mind. The girl retorted back "I'm not going to argue with you, so i dont know what you want me to do." To which I told her I'd contact another florist. I know practically nothing about flowers and knew only a couple flowers that I used in my wedding. This company offered no assistance in helping me to develop a bouquet for a special occasion, and overall has terrible customer service and communication skills. I started to panic so I ordered online then after 5 mins someone called me and said that she was sorry she didn’t call back but saw I ordered them online. She then said she needed to charge me $10 more because the website was incorrect, she didn’t have some of the flowers that were pictured either.
