CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Hamburg Township

At this point I wouldn't even give this location a star at all. The customer service is terrible I went into this location with my boyfriend and one of the employees who was working at the front desk was very rude and acting very inappropriate. Twords me and my boyfriend we went to self checkout and she accused me and my boyfriend of stealing and was very inappropriate one of the other employees had to come outside and apologize for her accusing us of stealing and he was going to talk to the store manager. The next day I called the store and asked for the manager she was also very rude and disrespectful kept arguing and cutting me off not letting me speak had an attitude very unprofessional She also said the lady who accused us of stealing is elder and senile and is losing her memory and is mentally ill at this point she was rude I suggest that elder woman don't work there but if you come into this store location and use self checkout your going to get accused of stealing so don't come if you want to get accused of stealing and rude people...

Worst Pharmacy experience ever Emily is the best and does everything she can for her patients Mogge and the floaters are rude and lie constantly and now if your insurance doesn't cover a medication they won't fill it for cash at all for any reason and if you are a cash customer your not allowed to use any type of savings program I had a script go up 10x in price when paying cash one month to the next until my insurance kicked in go to Rite aid they still treat their customers like they should be. There is nothing I can say to improve my experience. Moses, the pharmacist took two of my phone calls on a BUSY Saturday morning, March 18th. He was the coolest person I know. He stated he was there to help in any capacity he could and never made me feel rushed moreover the most important person at that time. Moses was able to not only get the medicine needed but also was able to apply a coupon that substantially reduced the final cost. What a Blessing Moses is to CVS and your pharmacy team...
