I was a walk-in client in desperate need of a haircut. I wasn't sure if they would have openings, but I was hopeful as I am leaving tomorrow for a vacation to California. I definitely had put this off longer than necessary.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a welcoming smile and was quoted a reasonable wait time of about 30 minutes for a walk-in. After she put me on the book for a walk-in appointment, she even offered me a glass of water or coffee; this definitely elevated my experience.

I was booked with Lexi and actually waited much less than the 30 minute quoted wait time. Lexi did an amazing job at listening to everything I wanted and my concerns. She informed me of my options and how each would turn out. She did a fantastic job at cutting my hair; I absolutely love how it turned out. Not to mention, she is a great conversationalist.

At the end of my experience, Lexi walked me to the counter and did a proper client transfer to the receptionist - in which was friendly, yet again. The check out process was easy and prices were fair for the service and experience received. They also gave me a new client special with coupons to use when I return for my next appointment.

If you are looking for a new stylist in the area or just a simple impromptu cut, I 100% recommend Luna Salon & Spa.

P.S. Lexi said that she loves to wax and could do facial waxing all day long!!! She does more than just the art of hair cutting and styling!!! If you're also looking for a wax, she would be a great cosmetologist to book with that is truly passionate about and...

I have been coming here for years and can't even describe how wonderful all the staff are. Drive 30+ minutes just because of how amazing Luna Salon is. They are professional, easy to talk to, and provide the absolute top quality services. Before coming here coming here other salons I've gone to it was hard finding people who were not only able to provide a great service, theyre reasonably priced, and are so extremely kind. I want to shout out Brittany and Alison especially. They make you feel like a family friend and can not give enough kudos for their work. Always go above and beyond and are just amazing people at heart. If you're here searching for a new salon don't hesitate don't walk RUN here. I visited for the first time yesterday. I was very disappointed. I showed the stylist a picture of how my regular stylist usually does my hair and said I thought they were highlights. There was no grey in my picture. Long story short, after 2.5 hours, highlights and cut, there was still grey in my hair, which is the main reason I get my hair done professionally - to get rid of it. Stylist said it was my fault because that's what highlights do and I asked for highlights. She never asked if I liked or wanted my grey. More disappointing, however, was the fact that she picked up a comb she dropped on the floor and proceeded to use it on me afterwards. Then, the stylist right next to her asked to borrow a brush and that was a brush she was also using on me. There was no sanitizing of the brush or the comb. Ugh. Paid $163 between...
