Updated Review:
I spoke with the owner yesterday per their request that I call them. I spent over 10 minutes trying to get a word in while listening to the owner consistently interrupting me and talking over me. She spoke over me most of the conversation. I had to get quite firm to have my voice heard. At no point did she seem to care about her customer. I would not recommend this florist or use again.
The end result, however, is that she did make it right. I received a replacement plant today that is beautiful and included directions for care.
I would have left it at a one star review due to customer service concerns but raised it to 2 because they did replace the plant. I feel this is because I reviewed my experience negatively online.
Original Review: My husband ordered me an arrangement for our 20th anniversary. The employee from Devine delivered it to my home. Included was a very cheap, computer generated 4 part "card". The care instructions were left blank.
What was delivered were 3 African Violets in a very cheap basket that was a bit warped. All three plants were just sloppily shoved into th plastic liner. They didn't fit so 1 of the plants were simply shoved it with enough soil removed to "make it fit". The plastic liner, which was round, was now oval-ish. Some brown mossy stuff was, again, sloppily placed around the plants.
The whole presentation appeared very quickly and lazily put together. That coupled with the lack of any sort of care instructions (when there clearly is a place for them on their "card" ensures that I would never recommend this florist to anyone who wants to send a token of their love and care to a loved one.
In my opinion they betrayed the trust of their customer. My husband placed an order, in good faith, from halfway across the country and definitely didn't get what he ordered or asked for.

Proper design techniques are lacking (photo of white arrangement) and freshness of product is inconsistent. I received a sympathy vase of flowers containing hydrangea and roses. By the next morning the hydrangeas were drooped. I assumed this was going to happen as I have been a florist for 30 years and they were not cut properly coming out of the shop. I phoned the shop the following day to have the associate tell me I didn’t take care of them properly. That I needed to recut them on an angle. I explained to her that their designer used a clipper to chop them straight across which according to her was ok but I was expected to cut them on an angle! I received a delivery confirmation at 1:26 pm flowers were delivered. My sister was discharged a little after 4:00 pm. No flowers. I called Teleflora. The delivery confirmation was a mistake. According to the florist, the flowers were delivered after she was discharged and left at the front desk. They offered to deliver a new arrangement to her home the next day. While out, my brother-in-law stopped by the hospital to pick up the flowers. They said no flowers were delivered. The new arrangement was delivered to my sister's home today. The arrangement is nothing close to what I ordered. I paid for the deluxe. This was borderline standard. Teleflora did refund me 20% off my purchase. If I were local, I would not recommend this...
