My diamond fell out of my engagement ring that my husband gave me 30 years ago and I managed not to lose it. I had been wanting to upgrade to something a little more sparkly for years but at the same time I did not want to give up my original diamond since it had so much sentimental value. My husband went to Ruby's to have it fixed and the owners were so lovely, nice and knowledgeable. Not only did they show me the true value of my diamond and that I should keep it, but they showed my a setting so much beyond my expectations, nestling my diamond in between two other smaller ones that made my dreams come true of not only keeping my original diamond but making it look so sparkly and magical that my husband didn't even recognize it as my original diamond. Not only did they do that, but they also cleaned my wedding ring and replaced a diamond in another ring that I had not worn for years since it had fallen out.
