My unit was pristine, clean, and incredibly spacious for a 5x10! Very tall units so you can stack until your heart desires. 24/7 code access to your unit, automatic monthly withdraws so payment is a breeze. I've been with this storage for a while now and when I was late I would have preferred them call me but we made arrangements to get me caught up on my payments. However they did mess up on there end and the staff needs to better communicate with each other. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.
