Snydersville Golf Range — Local services in Hamilton Township

My wife and I stopped in to hit a bucket of balls and a round of mini golf on our way home from a road trip. The grounds aren't fancy but it's nicely set up, not far from town and well priced. There are about a dozen covered bays, another few uncovered before a sand trap. There is a 50 yard grass range with a safety net between. There was a chipping range over by the mini golf with another sand trap. The mini golf was a nice 18 holes with no mechanical obstacles of water. Some challenging holes but I will say my favorite part is that it wasn't perfectly level. The simplest hole had some variance like a normal course green. The prices were not bad, a giant bucket and mini golf for 2 was about $30. In today's economy it's not the worst...

We took our 3 grandsons here this earlier afternoon. They had a blast! This mini golf course is in great shape (very clean, smooth surfaces and well laid out) and was just challenging enough for our 6, 7 & 9 year olds. Friendly help, explaining to our grandkids how to choose the proper sized clubs and selection of colored golf balls. Mini Golf area is great. With no one here it goes smooth for little ones. Watch out for hole #7 if you hit the ball too hard it goes into 8.
