On one of this Summer's more-bearable days we ventured to Hamilton Township to visit the Kuser Farm Mansion built in 1892. The Kuser family was a large one with ten children, and wealthy; having invested in local breweries and Fox Films, the predecessor of 20th Century-Fox Studios. They had a penthouse on East 57th Street in NYC as well as this large Summer house. We were warmly greeted by all the staff and then given a tour by a very knowledgeable Docent, Nolan. What immediately impressed us was that the house was fully-furnished and in overall excellent condition. Other than possibly the style of the furniture, it looked in move-in condition. There was also a Summer-long exhibition of period-based wedding dresses, which further improved the overall experience. Each of the rooms was furnished identically to the time period when the family resided here to escape the Summer heat of NYC. I have to admit that my favorite room was the "Delft Room" which was the boys' bedroom; with their fireplace faced with dozens of blue Delft tiles. Anyway, I would highly recommend a visit to the Kuser Farm Mansion; it is centrally-located and...

Nice public event for Xmas the Christmas wonderland, was great and nice and cute. Missed a star for two reasons. The people working the food truck, bad vibes, they didn't want to be there and projected it.( Can only speak for the couple food workers that I encountered) And the petting zoo without proper hand washing set up. That's manure everywhere, on you floor, on the animals, on your kids hands. There were two tables with sanitizer bottles (hand sanitizer does not equal washing hands) but they were all empty and ravaged, no one to restock and they remained that way until the place closed down.

All in all, we had a great time ( family of 6). The lights were very nice, we had just missed the mansion tour...

A very nice place for family photos. We really didn't get to experience much more. I think it might need some landscaping for the spring better grass planning and things of that nature. For safety concern I make sure cars had a limit on the speed and a few speed bumps perhaps just something to make it safer with Crossing areas for families. Nothing in the way of huge expenditures just signage planning. Some repairs to the restroom such as the sinks in the men's area. Otherwise a pleasant place to visit it just needs a little tender loving care so used to say. Got some public Outreach with some members of the public planting aiding grass in the area with seed that...

A great classic Victorian house, beautifully decorated for Christmas. They host a weekend event every early December with light displays and family friendly festivities. Directions are minimal as most attendees are local, but it's quite festive and worth a visit if you're within a twenty minute driving radius. Tip: the holiday festival officially starts at 6pm but if you've got little kids go early and stand in line for santa. There is no blocked entry so you can enjoy the lights and the atmosphere once dusk falls.

Tried the lawn bowling greens ... surprisingly long grass ... It was more bocce than lawn bowling ... they probably only cut the green maybe once a week, which eliminates the curvature of the bowl ... I posted a picture of a set of bowls on a green in Southern California ... maybe more people would play if it wasn't so difficult to roll the bowls ... I can't speak to the rest of the park.

Very well maintained park that has a multitude of events throughout the year. There is plenty of space to walk and a gazebo to sit in. The Christmas Village during winter is an amazing sight. I haven't yet taken a tour of the house but I plan to in the near future.
