I've worked with Jessica and Shaun for the past 3 years purchasing furniture to furnish a significant number of rental properties. They have always gone above and beyond to get any product I've requested. They have made adjustments when I have bought too much or not enough. They have made extra trips to bring me items or to exchange items even due to my own error. I can't say enough wonderful things about Jessica and Shawn from a customer service perspective. I was in need of a new mattress due to back issues and sleeping on an old mattress. I went into S&J Furniture and Mattress store.
