Subway — Restaurant in Hamilton

It's a Subway, and it's exactly what you'd expect with a couple caveats: My carry out here has been late the past several times I've ordered online - 15 to 20 minutes past the pickup time even though I order in advance. I understand that it happens, but it shouldn't be the norm. Slow food isn't a deal breaker, though; employees not taking adequate safety measures during a pandemic, on the other hand... The last two times I stopped in at this Subway, the employees had their masks tucked under their chins. They clearly prepared my food without wearing their masks, and I'm just not comfortable with that. I work with the elderly, and I want to be cautious. I won't be...

Wow great customer service from "Angie"... Asked to have the restroom unlock so I could use it on my lunch break. As me and my co worker walked in there was a man at the counter with his pants unzipped from tent city and on drugs. After I used the bathroom I told my co worker I was going to our vehicle because my personal things were in there and I didnt want that guy possibly getting in to it, she started running her mouth about me in front of my co worker about not buying anything. This place was good and now they are absolutely unorganized! If I could give 0 stars or -5 stars I would!!! I have had many problems with my online order the past few times I have ordered on 2 separate occasions my order was not ready when it was supposed to be but I overlooked that! Then another time they made my subs with the wrong bread! This stuff has been going on for past month or so!!
