I have read some negitive reviews that were all posted in the same time period. This uspset me because I have been a loyal satisfied customer for years. i had to do a little digging. Come to find out. It was one teenage girl and all the negitive reviews are posted by her friends on social media. Not one of them are actual clients. Do yourself favor and see for yourself. You will not be disappointed in the services or the over all experience. As for people who use this platform for revenge and not honest reviews you should realize that lies and malicious behavior will catch up to you. Kevin are not only masters of their craft but such genuinely such wonderful people. She remembered my name after meeting me once. Anyone who doesn't love this business and the employees obviously would not know a good thing if it landed on their face and wiggled. They run the cleanest most sanitary salon I have been too. I read other reviews that were not so good. I just can not believe they actually have done business with them. I inquired about one review while another regular customer was close by and she just happened to be there the day this teenager that posted the negative review had visited the business for the first time. The teenager was the one who was rude nd demanding. She never actually stayed for any service. I understand everyone has bad days however just because you are having bad day and taking it out on everyone in your path doesn't make it right to post nasty reviews on line where you could negatively affect a good business and...

I am not sure why Hampden Beauty Nails was rated poorly. This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. The hospitality of Hampden Beauty Nails is incredible, and the owners, Kim and Kevin, are the nicest people who will ever do your nails. They do them perfectly how any of their customers like them.
