Village Food Mart — Local services in Hampden

DO NOT GO IN HERE THERE IS A REASON WHY EVERYTHING IS SO CHEAP!! The store has poor ventilation and it is clear as DAY. When I walked in the store for the first time I got nauseous. I walked through the aisles and skimmed through the shelves trying to find anything my daughter would eat but I found nothing so I went to look at what they had to offer for sandwiches. I poked my head to take a look at the bread and I saw flies covering the bread and I decided it was best to get something somewhere else. I understand that it is summer time but you NEED to have your food covered at ALL times. That is food borne illness...

This morning , I spent about 10 mins in the store picking up a few items. Upon arrival home , I realized that every item I bought and all of my clothing including undergarments and my new leather purse reeked of whatever the store was cooking . ALL beef at Village Mart used to be Certified Angus Beef, including the ground beef. It's what made the store special! I can buy cheap beef anywhere, I purposely shopped here for the good stuff.
