Warned…. This place has gone down from last season. This season they are cutting corners by making the ice cream servings much smaller and now when they are twisting the soft serve they are making it hollow in the middle. Clearly trying to fool The customer and make it look larger than what it really is. My large was barely a small. This happened this season on several occasions and I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt by thinking the first time that maybe the employee was new and inexperienced and didn’t know what they are doing but since it happened so many times this season it’s clearly something they are doing intentionally. I can say this with certainty because the last time that I was there I told them about it and when I returned home with the ice cream it was the same scam. Completely hollow in the middle. Also the dark haired brunette girl who seems to have a more authoritative position there is rather rude and has an edge. She just gives off that aura like they’re doing you a favor by being there. Better watch out because your business can fail in a heartbeat and will fail if you continue along this path. People aren’t stupid and they notice. A shame that you feel that you’re fooling your regular customers. Well guess what… Business thrives on regulars and we won’t be regulars here anymore after this last experience. When I order a large, I expect a large and if I order a small I expected to be normal size for a small. Not Hollow. Shame on you guys. Customers beware and be warned. Worst seafood plate I’ve ever had… shrimp weren’t bad, scallops were gluey, with a heavy hard crumb coating, clam strips seemed to be skimmed off the fryolator after a day of frying, that or the dregs from the bottom of the bag. They were dark brown and twig like and dried out. Coleslaw came in a little sauce cup that wasn’t half full and tasted like a cabbage mayo mix. Fries were awesome!

Soft serve chocolate wasn’t creamy, it had a texture more like a fudgicle, but the flavor was good.

My son ordered a strawberry shortcake Sundae. That would usually come with a shortbread like a buttermilk biscuit or on a spongecake. We couldn’t tell what this one was, it had a texture like a muffin, it was a little gross.The strawberries were frozen solid, like fresh out of the freezer bag, rather than in syrup. He ate the vanilla ice cream and threw the rest away.

His burger and fries were fine, his brother’s brownie sundae was also good.

The young lady who waited on us was covering the entire dining room (9 or 10 tables/booths) and she was phenomenal.

We’re new in town and everyone recommended this place for ice cream, they only have 5 flavors, the same they had 4 weeks ago when we went by the first time. Hopefully this visit was...

I have lived in this town for the past three years. Each year this restaurants quality gets worse. Over cooked fried food. From fish to French fries! Burned grilled cheese, shriveled up hot dogs. Hot dog buns burned on one side, barely cooked on the other. How do you screw up a hot dog? Ask them. They will be happy to demonstrate. Todays “Fish Friday” was a 3”x 5” piece of fish fried to a rock hard shell. So hard you hit it with a knife it became brittle. Fries over cooked. All for $17.00. What a treat! Better off going somewhere else for that kind of money. At times I thought maybe it’s just teenagers not caring. But every time we go, it’s simply awful. I now believe it’s the culture. It must start at the top. Inspect what you expect. I have given far to many chances to this place. I can no longer provide them my business. I’d suggest you going to somewhere that wants to provide you with quality food. These folks don't care what they sell out...
