BETTER THEN THE OTHER AT&T STORE IN TOWN!! NO WAIT LINES!!! I had an amazing experience at this cell phone store! I came in looking to switch from Verizon to AT&T, and the staff made the entire process quick, easy, and stress-free. They explained all the plan options clearly, helped me pick the one that best fit my needs, and even got me a better monthly rate than I was paying before.
The team handled everything—from porting my number to setting up my new phone and transferring all my data. I didn’t lose anything, and my service has been just as strong, if not better.

   Read moreDont bother with this ATT store. Go to the actual corporate store in town. Rep apparently couldn't get my first net sim card activated after deactivating it. After spending over 2 hours with this rep she tried claiming my phone was not compatible even though I had a first net sim card in it to begin with. She basically forced me to a different/higher rate plan with ATT. She refused to continue helping me and getting me back on my original plan. I called ATT's corporate number to file a complaint and after giving them my IMEI they stated my phone was compatible with first net and for me to go into the corporate store on Lacey. After 5 minutes at the corporate location the rep activated my first net sim card with no problem. Still waiting for Chris the District Manager to call me about his sales rep and what occurred. Then I asked to purchase a SIM card so I could activate on prepaid . She said we don’t do prepaid I told her that’s fine I would call in and activate on my own .
