I had a very unpleasant experience today at the drive through window. The young lady was upset at me because I didn’t wait at the teller to get my total, she said ok I’m gonna wrap this up for you. I waited for a couple of seconds, I drove off thinking she was done. I got to the window and she snapped at me in a very rude way. This has not been my only bad experience at a Starbucks in town . For the most part their really nice , but more than once I’ve had a rude encounter with their workers. They seriously need more training on customer service. I asked for a venti ice passion tea and she gave me a grande. I asked her to switch it and she repeated with a rude tone “You asked for a grande and I asked if the screen looked correct and You said yes.” I didn’t not respond to her allegation because of her rude way to respond to me. Read moreCoffee is usually pretty good for Starbucks, but this location SEVERELY lacks people skills. Don’t expect to be greeted or even have a smile returned if you attempt small talk. About 2/10 employees I have met have been pleasant. It’s a bummer because you all are one of the first groups of people I see in the morning and it’s too bad that you can’t put more emphasis on patience and kindness. I feel like this is a lost art that the bucks used to pride themselves on… It’s a bit sad.
