Walked into an empty establishment at 10:30 2 pple behind the counter one says I'll be right with you as the other person behind the counter is obviously working a drive through customer... my thinking as i walked in WAS I should be in and out pretty quickly... The person that WAS behind the counter was ALSO helping a drive through customer🤦♂️. I'm thinking well who's helping the walk ins??? In any case i was in a hurry went to my car to drive through since it was to go anyway. NOPE worst part i noticed was there was only ONE CAR IN THE DRIVE THROUGH THAT TWO EMPLOYEES WERE HELPING.. i ordered paid AND THEN WAS TOLD TO PULL UP FRONT AND WAIT FOR MY ORDER wth.. I'm already upset because I was short on time, I literally waited long enough to see a car pull up, park walk in and order and then walk out with an order of food.. At that point it was a horrible experience either priorities to customers is screwed up in that location or they're just lost... In any case if the situation was because one item ordered wasn't made yet ( just speculation for the benefit of the doubt) its best to communicate that to a customer for 1. If in a hurry it can be substituted for something else or 2. Keep the buying customer informed on the situation before the customer thinks the worst and feels unappreciated. I have been managing retail for 15 years and the one thing i don't hide from a paying customer is WHY THEY ARE WAITING AND APPRECIATION FOR THEY'RE VISIT AND UNDERSTANDING AND MAYBE A COOKIE IF THEY ARE VISIBLY UPSET... Any and All customers like to feel important, appreciated, respected, and of course the obvious RIGHT! At 747pm loby doors were closed. No one knowledged that we were there. There were other customers there as well and doors remained locked. Went to drive through. Spoke to a female that said they were closing. We stated order was paid and placed on line. Female stated come up to window after being at drive through window for over 7 mins. A female who identified her self as dixie. Stated that they did not have the ordered ready because it was so close to closing and they do not make order until customer gets here. When we showed our phone confirmation she stated well we do not have order drive up to front n wait. We asked to speak to manger she stated I am the manager. She stated there is no one who can take your complaint. She proceded to state, "well you can change your order to what we have or go somewhere else." Why have online ordering with confirmation if food will not be made until customer shows up to pick it up. We had to wait over 10mins at front parking as instructed for food. Read moreI visited this location about 1:20pm today I ordered two larger plates. One with rice and the entrees. The rice was not ready yet so we decided to wait for a new batch. The new batch comes out they bring the food to us. My husband takes a bite the rice was under cooked and crunchy. I took a bite myself I confirmed it was indeed under cooked. I told the ladies working the offered to give us something else which was great we ask for a thing of chow main to substitute the undercooked rice. Once again they made us wait again for more cow main they didn’t have any ready. We had to sit there and wait again. Terrible cook, to say the least!
