Fashion Cleaners — Local services in Hanford

Horrible customer service. Because i didnt pull up to the window all the way due to the need of me getting out to my vehicle to place the dry cleaned clothes in the back next to my one year old. I sat there and had to wait as i watched the two guys bull sh*!ing and eat chips. I had to speak up and ask whats going on for them to give me any attention then i get a look as if i did something wrong, so i asked if i did do something wrong and was told that usually people pull all the way up to the window. It would have been a different experience if i didnt see anyone in the building and didnt make eye contact with them and they honestly didn't hear and see my loud diesel truck at the window. I lived in Hanford about three years ago when I was stationed in Lemoore. I took all my uniforms there during that time and they always took great care of me. I moved back about a month ago and went back there, now out of the military, to get some slacks and a shirt pressed and cleaned for a last minute job interview that came up. Once again they took great care of me. All the staff members are incredibly friendly and my clothes have always come out great. Took my wedding dress down there to be preserved. I couldnt pick up right away because I had broken ankle. Went to pick it up after I got a voicemail that it was ready and when I got there was told it was donated. Never was told it would be donated.
