I LOVE THIS PARK!!!!!! 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖. I do have a personal opinion, with what goes on with This particular Park, in Hanford CA.. [ I'm not sure, how many "Parks" we have now, presently] It's been The Park, close to My Home, And,,My Heart. I've so many fond memories, with family, and friends!. Some friends, I've found out, in the past 10yrs. or so, after moving back
(I moved to the Bay Area for many years, until, family needing help, that brought me back to Hanford ), that they have past away.!!! My True Friends 💟💔💟!
Although, I haven't been involved enough, with the City, helping with,, or donating enough ,for activities etc. , to really have much of a say, about what might happen to our Peaceful, "Hidden Valley" Park! 💝 I just have, a whole lot of good,, simple, and fond memories, I've shared with many.. In Any weather, and Any day of the year. I will Forever,,keep all of them, close to My Heart. Thanks🙋 if you read...
Read moreHidden Valley is a beautiful and spacious park. There are two pinic shelters that you can rent from Hanford's recreation department as well as a gazebo. The shelters have tables however the gazebo doesn't. That doesn't mean though that you can't bring your own because you can! Plus the Gazebo is only $10 for residents and non residents alike. The shelters however have the same pricing scheme as the rest of the city's parks. $30 and $45 respectivly. But seriously, you have to go there. The area around the gazebo is so spacious, it would be perfect for an out door wedding ceremony. And It's only $10!!!
If you are renting the shelters though, keep in mind that right now there is only one barbeque even though there are 2 shelters. The one with bbq is also the one closest...

I don’t know why anyone would want to eat fish out of there. Freedom park on the east side of Hanford has no homeless people, is much cleaner with a walking trail, and a larger playground for kids. The city decided not to extend Hidden Valley Park to the west in the empty lot and instead sold it for housing. Unless the city removes the homeless from this park it’s going to continuously be polluted with shopping carts...
