Taco Bell — Restaurant in Hanford

I’m typing out this review regarding a very specific employee at this location, and I’m hoping this reaches management.

I came through the drive-thru about 20-30 minutes ago to pick up an uber eats order (I’m a delivery driver) and because it’s late at night, the lobby’s closed with a relatively long drive thru line (15-20) minute wait.

After forgetting to hand me an entire bag for the order, which is fine we all forget things; I attempt to walk up to the glass and knock to get the attention of an employee rather than going through an entire 15-20 minute wait in the drive thru line again. Rather than being a civilized and kind employee, Sam decides to shrug his shoulders and points at the drive thru line to make me wait another 20 minutes while the order gets cold for a mistake they made.

I understand the lobby being closed and certain protocols being in place, but being too much of an asshole to open the door for 2 seconds when I wasn’t even asking to step inside is ridiculous. Be a...

Walked in for a pickup for doordash. I deliver for doordash one person states that doordash is here for such and such order so I sit down and wait patiently in the process I get asked twice why or who I was there for. The second person to ask me I told her that lady by the drive thru window stated the customers order for doordash when I got here this is the third time I’ve had to tell someone. She talks to someone sitting in the booth for a brief minute joking and laughing then when I get the order she snidely says have a nice day. I said you as well and walked out. Unhappy! Again. I use the app, and twice I had to wait. I guess when you choose "Make Now". on the app. They must still wait until you have walked into the store.??? You would think I would learn? "Third times a charm". Walked in. . .said I had used the app to place my order. The look was priceless and catching, just as quickly, the Manager had the same look on his face now. I walked out of the store and went right across the parking lot to McDONALD. Did I mention McDonald is just across the parking lot. Yes!
