Okay, I know I was a little upset from being so rudely treated by Jesse at Napa a few minutes before I arrived at Advanced Auto Parts so I really appreciate your kindness and just want to publicly say thank you... It's fine NAPAs "cash only" - I agree that's understandable since they're in transition from being bought by corporate but come on - refusing to answer questions, ignoring attempts to clarify, deliberately being totally not helpful - I was even trying to be kind... Not sure if Jesse (from Napa) was having a totally horribly bad day but luckily for me CJ and Charles at Advance Auto Parts were friendly, helpful, extremely polite, happy to make sure I got what I need and took my 300.00 dollars without belittling me so gladly I'll just go there! Really, thank you for being so understanding, for your offers to assist and walk me through what I needed to know... Will definitely return!...

Advance was super helpful gave me what I needed never they never try to sell me stuff I don't need. And even if I go in and can't figure out what I need for a job they take time to help me figure out what I will need to use. Store is always clean when I go in. Stuff is where it is suppose to be. Even if you don't understand something you can ask and they try to explain it to you. Never been to a better staffed Advanced Auto Parts store. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Anytime their has been any issue with ordering parts they have done their due diligence to make it right. Big store with small town vibes! Scott, Mark, and Jeremy have always been very helpful with everything from truck parts to rv/camper and even golf cart issues. Keep up the good...
