I can’t say enough positive things about Burn Boot Camp-Morristown! I have been a member for just a little over a month now and I can honestly say this place has saved me in more ways than one! I have had two kids in the past three years and really have lost myself along the way. As someone who can talk themself out of anything, I was so nervous to take those first steps, but I am SO happy I did. The trainers and staff are welcoming and wonderful. The workouts are amazing and there truly is something for everyone, at every fitness level. AND you feel like your time is maximized because the workouts are challenging (in the best way) and are only 45 minutes, AND you can bring your kiddos to the child watch room (which mine are loving so far!!). They also offer services such as in-body scans and 1:1 coaching which are both valuable resources in helping you reach your goals in a healthy, attainable way. Read moreI’ve been going to burn boot camp in Cedar Knolls for over 6 months. This is the best shape I’ve been in since having kids. The workouts are motivating and quick.
They are tough workouts but there is good camaraderie to help you through. There are people of all fitness levels and abilities taking the workouts. Trainers can provide modifications if you need them. I don’t do all the Plyometric (jumping) moves as my joints (wrists, ankles, feet, groin) can sometimes hurt. It’s easy to take a slight modification and still get a great workout in.
One of the reasons I chose this gym was because they offer screen-free childcare while I workout. Being able to trust that my kids aren’t just staring at a screen while I workout was a rare find. It took my younger son about a week to get used to being dropped off. Now both my boys enjoy going.

I joined Burn a month ago because I had been stalking their Instagram stories since last December; I was nervous to make a change from my previous workout routine, however, I am SO happy to share I now go to Burn 5 days a week! The schedule works with my working mom schedule so well. I'm able to book my work-outs to stay accountable and I love that each week the workouts (arms, legs, MetCon, etc) change so Tuesdays one week could be Arms and the next week Arms is maybe Wednesday. Also, I love some mornings I can go before work and other days I can go at 4:15pm or 5:30/6:30pm. I can bring my daughter if my husband isn't home in time because childcare is included!
