Hunan Wok — Restaurant in Hanover Township

My family and I ordered our dinner. There was a little bit of confusion as to what we wanted vs. what he heard. When I realized it wasn’t what was ordered I called back the restaurant and the woman I spoke with tried to rectify the situation all while the man in the background was saying that wasn’t what I ordered (even though it was). She then said that she would send the correct items and collect the incorrect items from us. About half an hour to another 45 minutes goes by and I get a call from the driver who tells me the delivery is outside. So we get up and go to the door which isn’t even 10 ft away and there’s no delivery. So I call the store back confused and she tells me that the same delivery guy who delivered the original order said someone from the house told him to leave it at the door (which was false). Come to find out that the delivery guy (which by the way isn’t through an outsourced delivery company) never delivered it because he forgot because there were “too many deliveries” and finally around 10Pm we got the correct order. One of the worst Chinese restaurants I've been to in a long time. The food is just so bland and a rip-off, my local Chinese restaurant charges less for better quality food while this place cuts corners in quality and charges $2-$3 more! Even their "lunch special" is obnoxious, over $10 and all you get with it is vegetable fried rice? Most other places include a soup and an eggroll and pork fried rice. They also have a $10 minimum where you HAVE to pay cash if your order is less than that, which is just outrageous, I mean, it's 2023, no other restaurant I've gone to in years has done this except this place. One staff member is super friendly, wish I got his name, while most of the others are very cranky and rude. From the ridiculous pricing, bad quality food, and poor customer service, I just can't with this place, only went once, won't ever...

The worst customer service ever. I get home and the order is completely wrong. I call back and she said she gave me part of someone else’s order. I asked if they can please drop off the correct order since I am running late for work. They tell me sorry I have no drivers. She wanted me to drop off the food and waste my gas and time from work. I get there to pick up my food and it turns out she doesn’t have my food. So then she offered a refund and no food. I understand a refund was given but according to you over the phone you had my food ready. At this point I used my gas, time with the rest of food now cold.
