I'm genuinely frustrated by the consistently disgruntled attitude displayed by the young woman at the front desk of Mintea Sushi Asian Bistro. It's incredibly bothersome to endure such poor service, especially when my friends have encountered similar issues. Let me be clear - my friends and I used to be regular weekend customers, typically spending $300-$400 and splitting the bill amongst ourselves. However, after experiencing this repeated negative behavior, I feel compelled to urge my friends to seek dining alternatives moving forward. We simply cannot tolerate this level of customer service and disrespect any longer.
Unless significant improvements are made, including the removal or retraining of the individual responsible for this dismal service, you will unfortunately be losing our valuable business. It's disappointing to want to have a pleasant time with friends to enjoy a weekend dinner and have it soured with such service. We will have to take our hard-earned money elsewhere. We expect to be treated with respect and courtesy when we choose to dine out. This is poor management. I guess things changed at your...
Read moreI am a big fan of Wonton Soup, so I am only rating this very small piece of the business and menu. The place looks very clean and the menu seems to offer a solid variety of the Asian Fusion that is advertised. However, they lost me with their Wonton Soup. Expecting something spectator, based on the price point of $5.30 for a Large, the delivery did not meet expectations. I wanted a quick grab and go on a Sunday at lunch time, but it took 15 minutes with nobody in the restaurant. They did not pack my bag with any noodles which set the tone. It's like not having crackers with your soup..The broth had little flavor and the Wontons were the smallest I have ever had at a Chinese Food Restaurant. They were like Tic Tacks of Wontons which all broke apart. The Large order only included 7 Wontons, which wound up being like .78 cents per Wonton. Way overpriced for Soup. Don't mind paying if there is some Substance with your soup. I guess when you consider yourself Asian Fusion that you can charge double for far less. Hope the food is better than...
Read moreMy family has been frequenting Mintea for years. A while have, we would try all the different Sushi restaurants on the area, and one day, ever since the first time we tried Mintea, we never left. The service is terrific, very friendly, accommodating, professional and most importantly, they treat you like family. I recommend Mintea to all my friends, family and coworkers. Anytime I mention them to someone who's been there, they always also have very favorable reviews. My girlfriend and I just ate there again tonight, and once again, it was such a treat! Whether we're in the mood for a veggie plate, meat, noodles or sushi/sashimi (they do Chinese/Japanese/Thai fusion dishes, too!), Mintea is the place to go! Be sure to try their Special Seaweed Salad (Kani is great, too) and if you have room, try the tempora (fried) ice cream! Other favorites are the Kiss of Fire roll and the Chicken Pad Thai (enjoyed...
