CVS — Local services in Hanover Township

I'm at a loss here. I was second in line at the pharmacy. About 7 people working and chatting, with one gentleman at the register completely befuddled. The other 2 registers were empty with a "next register please" sign in front.

I waited 10-15 minutes to give a name (for my fiance as I know better at this point and don't frequent here, ever). Yes, 10-15 minutes to take care of one person without it dawning on anyone else to help at the other 2 registers.

After I spelled her name 3 times and the prescription was found, I was happy to hear the production process would be expedited and I would only wait another 15 minutes. 15 minutes later, I have decided to write this review as I sit here still, at this inefficient location/ branch.

I don't understand how this place...

Absolutely terrible the people at the window are rude and give you attitude, as well as they don’t do there job. I went to my doctors Thursday march 27th of 2025 got my prescription sent here , came the following day march 28th it is not filled and ready to be picked up they told me that the doctor just sent it over today the 28th and that i would have to go around and wait in line again , so i leave and come back over a hour and a half later. Waiting behind someone and they finally get to the window someone helps them then they are there for 11 .5 minutes. Cause there prescriptions weren’t done but yet they were allowed to wait at the window and I had to go around this is also not the first time I’ve had this...

They have the best employees in this store . They are friendly and I talk to them as if they were my kids . I have fun goin in with my dad . They treat him great he loves It there . Only problem is the phone automated . I called about Cash App card and I said live person and it said have a good day . Then I called back, I didn’t want to make a trip there if it was down , and automated said ok Covid shots . And went on and then disconnected again . Just have press one for front 2 for pharmacy simple . But 5 stars . Lauren and blond girl...
