G&G Appliances is the best place around! I will never shop anywhere else and I will always recommend them to family and friends. Their prices cannot be beat! They also have a great selection of new and refurbished appliances, in addition to providing service in your home. And all purchases come with a 3 month warranty in which they will repair or replace a unit. They are extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Such nice people! About 8 or 9 months ago I purchased a refurbished washer from them. Unfortunately, the washer stopped agitating and spinning. I called Steve at G&G and he came out the next morning to fix it. Within minutes he was able to determine that the motor was no longer working and I would need to replace the unit. I decided to meet him at the store that afternoon to see what they had in stock. They had a HUGE Samsung washer that Steve assured me was the best option there. I agreed to purchase it and he quickly had it delivered an hour later as he knew I needed it badly. Steve installed the washer within minutes while profusely apologizing for the other washer going bad. I could tell he seriously felt bad about a unit he sold me going bad in a short time. To accommodate me and make things right, he did not charge me for the service call, gave me a discount on the newly purchased appliance, and did not charge me a delivery fee. He also took the other unit to scrap free or charge. He was extremely polite and professional. I can't say I see many businesses with such good business practices. I can't complain about it one bit. The total discount I got was over $200. They really are honest people... so rare any more.

Stay away from this place, the first time my wife and I got a fridge and oven (a few years back) they were amazing, my sister in law moved to Pa recently. She got a freezer, dryer and had a refrigerator repaired. The repaired refrigerator died after 2 days, they came and took it and then couldn’t find it, the dryer damaged more than 1/2 of her and her kids clothes, the freezer died a day after they came and took the fridge. They said they were going to replace the fridge and then decided on repairing it, which would be fine if they followed thru or if someone would get back to us but they don’t. They replaced the dryer with a decent one, they replaced the freezer with one a 1/3 of the size of the original and we’re still waiting on hearing about the refrigerator. Purchased a refrigerator and waited 3 days for delivery which was great. All measurements were done before even considering this establishment. The wife waS very helpful. Price was appropriate.. DELIVERY DAY.. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER SIMPLY BECAUSE the husband (owner) refused to listen. 7 years he says he's delivery.. as if that would make the hole in my wall disappear. Wanted to remove the door jam since it was easier. Sir my fridge I have is bigger and wider than the new fridge which I personally brought inside. Owner gets upset im trying to help. I said okay just take the old one,, ill do the new.. NOPE HE Takes the new fridge leaves the old fridge, a hole in the wall, and no where to put groceries.. NEVER AGAIN!!!
