Burger King — Restaurant in Hanover Township

as a mother who tries to keep my kids’ diet healthy I avoid fast food at all costs also due to personal experiences managing Wendys for years and years 😬 But today stopping during a long road trip of 8 hours we decided to stop into to this very Burger King. Boy were they swamped. Never had I seen a drive through so packed with cars back home, where my BK experiences had been nothing short of unpleasant and made me never want to return. But as soon as I came inside to order I realized they had one worker running the entire place! I couldn’t see the backroom to see how many people were working but I despite the circumstances, I was really happy with the experience. I was informed by a friendly cashier (whose name I didn’t get unfortunately and no name tag) that there was a special going on for kids meals for only two dollars. I was able to feed all my kids for under 20 dollars and she also informed me of a special where I could get two chicken sandwiches for the price of one. Don’t mind if I do. We got our food inside the store but we ate in the car. Despite the lobby being filled with other customers, our food was very fresh. The drinks we had to get ourselves due to being indoor customers I guess. I was impressed to see only one or two workers keeping the flow going well taking orders in a drive thru window and indoor customers. and also a seemingly pretty clean spacious bathroom. I commend whoever the manager is on this (looked like everyone had the same uniform so I could not tell. didn’t catch name tags either) this location got it down to a tee! I was impressed! Definitely would return next time I found myself in town. For a fast food joint who seems to be working with very little employees (as most of the country is…) I had to say I was very happy with the service. Only reason for the lack of five stars is the indoor area could have been a little more spacious or kid friendly - it was chaotic and packed inside. A play area like BKs down south have would have made it all the more better. Overall satisfied with the experience here and impressed to see fast food...

Went in the drive through for dinner the other night and ordered 2 combo meals, a plain burger, a classic chicken wrap and a Buffalo chicken wrap. When we were handed only one soda we questioned why there was only one and we were told we didn’t order the combo meal. We ordered just the burger. So we said it’s fine as long as the burger was there. Get the food home and we have one combo burger, 2 fries, and 2 chicken wraps one of which was wrong. We were in fact charged for the second meal and only got the fries for the meal and the plain burger was missing. We called because we didn’t have time to go back to complain in person. Manager said she’d mark it down and we could come back for the rest of our food today.

We get there and she never noted it down. The kid at the counter who seemed to be doing the work of everyone had to call her to confirm that we were owed food. Finally got our missing food minus the drink which at this point we weren’t going to press for since the employee was busy.

I don’t understand how an establishment can mess up over half an order. Will not be back to this location because this is the second or third time now they’ve messed up our orders but usually...

Went here to grab some food on my lunch break. I never knew people could mess up orders 3 times in a row. You literally read off a screen and have to copy the order i never knew making food was as hard as going to college. My fries and onion rings were cold. My burger was sloppy and oily and tasted like garbage. The service was beyond terrible and the trip here was not worth it at all. Really put some work into hiring people who have a high school diploma and can read, because i need glasses to see but i would never be as blind as to miss 2 drinks and mozzarella sticks. When i went to tell the employees they clearly had not a single care in the world but were more concerned over their nails that they got done. Really hope next visit its better food and employees that have at least a high school diploma and employees that can read. No because really making a burger and giving correct orders is not hard, glad I'm not the only one who gave a 1 star cause really it...
