Never been here before but decided to give a try and glad I did. Greg is the man and provides a service that is hard to find in today’s day. Rode in to pickup tubes.while I was in Greg installed a chain on my road bike while I waited for a great price. Took 15 mins. Extremely nice ,professional and honest. I will bring my other bikes back forsure. Updated review: 4/9/22 Had Greg work on my 2nd bike. 210$ worth of maintenance. Bottom bracket install tune up brake pad install. Had to bring the bike back because I was having same issues. Actually worse shifting. Greg told me there’s nothing he can do bike rides just fine. For 200$ my bike was not riding good ! He did fix a noise with some lube and cleaned the Chain for free. Thanks. But my shifting was all jacked up. I know how my bike should shift. Got the idea once he was paid he didn’t care. Told me to hold my shifter longer to get next gear. I was upset and just tried to correct my shifting my self and I did!, after a “full tune up” was done. It wasn’t about the price just how the bike was riding after a full service and repairs. Wish I hadn’t taken it here but I thought he was a good choice. The main reason I came back for an updated review is my left crank arm and bolt was finger loose on todays ride.I thought I felt something. Greg was last to work on the crank. And I don’t have that correct tool size to tighten....
Read moreI love this guy !! It's like calling Microsoft and getting Bill Gates and the technical support desk all at once; except, Microsoft charges a fair rate. And, most likely, you'd get transfered to a few different people. The contagious smile, overt enthusiasm, and deep knowledge seem to come natural to Greg. In my opinion, his labor charge is ridiculously low. For example, on my most recent dealing, I needed to setup my new Wahoo Kickr on my 1988 Gios Compact with Campy C-Record 8 speed. It's not so easy with the 34 years newer Kickr . I also knew absolutely nothing about Wahoo, Zwick or Strava. Needless to say, I've been out of biking for quite some time. Greg ... he takes my bike out if the car. Does whatever he does. Calls me, finished the same day (should have a drive-thru). Has me ride and try it out. Shows me the software and how to use it. Carries the stuff to my car. He even researched an odd-sized seatpost for me. Oh, and he tried to give it a test ride, but a 66cm frame was a little big for him. When I ask him what I owe him he says "$34". The cassette alone was at least $34 and he happened to have one in stock! I was Zwifting the same day. He's not the closest bike shop, but definitely the one for me. I'm looking for a reason to get into Spin Doctor Cyclewerks again !!

Read moreIve gone there a few times sometimes they seem friendly sometimes not i guess depends on their mood. Ive got some work done on my bike but when inasked about a creek in my bicycle i was told basically to just learn to deal with it and wear some headphones if i didnt like it. Kinda unprofessional if you ask me. I understand your busy and its not easy to find where the creek is coming from but its a 6k dollar Giant bike you should be happy to help? I wanted to give them more shots n today i called since i need fluid for the shocks and they said they dont carry it and hung up? What if i have more questions? You dont want my business? Il just go somewhere else from now on. Edit: after seeing a quick reply from spin doctor i can see where hes coming from on hanging up. Also with the bike i bought it from someone used yes. I dont want ppl thinking i bought it here and they dont want to help. I raised my review to 4 stars because i dont want to make them look bad its actually true most other bike shops wont help much with carbon...
