This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a coffee shop. I was very hesitant in leaving a bad review because I don't like writing bad reviews. But I don't want anyone to go through such a horrible experience like I did.
I went to this coffee shop because I liked the vibes based on what I saw on google. When I walked in I sat down and I was going to order something but not right away. I cant have caffeine early in the morning due to my high cortisol levels that I struggle with and its an every day thing. I usually wait a bit before to order. I was planning on staying most of the day to do some work since I work remotely. A couple of minutes past by and the owner not an employee but the owner comes up to me and says "Hi, you cant just sit here you have to order something." I was cut completely off guard because I have never had someone do that to me before. I said "Ok, I will order something in a little bit." I was debating if I should leave or not. She came off very rude and I felt uncomfortable. As I was hesitating to leave or not she comes up to me again and says "Ok, lets order something I will walk up to the register with you." She than takes my order and I order a Matcha iced Latte with oat milk and light ice. She put way to much ice and I go back. I ask her if she can put more oat milk to fill that empty space since she is taking out some ice. She said "Ok, but I have to charge you extra." I was once again shock because why do I have to pay extra if she did not get my order right the first time.
This was the most awkward experience I have ever had a coffee shop. I was clearly going to buy something. I can not go into a small coffee shop and not get anything that's just weird. Horrible customer service and I will not go to this place again. I left not to long after that. I felt weird being their and not welcomed. I know this sounds mean but just the way she treated me I would not want anyone to go through...

One of the things I love most about this coffee shop is the dedication and creativity of the owners. Having known them for years, I have seen firsthand how they constantly strive to innovate and cater to their customers' needs. They are always introducing new flavors, dishes, and events to keep things fresh and exciting.
This coffee shop is a gem. Itâs not just a place to get your caffeine fix; itâs a community hub where everyone is treated like family. If you're looking for a place with great coffee, delicious food, and a friendly atmosphere,...
Read moreIâve been coming to this coffee shop for over two years. Today was my last day to ever support this business. I work from home so i come here often to support a small business. However, i brought two of my coworkers which are Hispanic and the way they were harassed was so unfair and embarrassing. We work for a large company and have meetings all day. We were approached by the owner twice while speaking to directors. First the owner grabbed my coworkers drink and threw it away (mind you it was a protein drink) and was told these are not allowed here. First you donât just grab peopleâs things. We always purchase coffee from here. Her response was âpeople come here to steal my WiFi i pay a lot of money forâ. Second time they told us we were being too loud due to being on a callâŚ. Mind you we were outside and the two guys behind us were talking even louder. If we werenât profiled from the start i donât know what that was. If you are not Caucasus i guess you are not allowed here. DO NOT SUPPORT...
